To prepare:
Complete the Clifton StrengthsFinder and the EIQ16-R assessment instruments, per the instructions found in this Week’s Learning Resources.
Think about what strengths you already have in the field and identify the areas where you will need to focus on improvement
Review this week’s Learning Resources. Consider the skills necessary for OD consultants to address organizational issues and plan for change.
By Day 4
Post your results and discuss what you learned about yourself. How will this self-knowledge help you better prepare yourself for a career as an OD consultant? What insights did you gain from these assessments about important skills and competencies for organizations in general and for OD consultants in particular?
